Too Faced – Cocoa Contour Kit

There are a lot of contour & highlight palettes out there that contain tons and tons of different shade, most of which a lot of people realistically won’t use on a daily basis. That being said, I searched high and low for a streamlined contour palette that is more simplified for daily use. Enter the Two Faced Cocoa Contour Chiseled To Perfection ($50) in Light to Medium. With two contour shades and two highlight shades, this is definitely one of the more simple palettes available.

Tarte x Grav3yardgirl Swap Queen Palette & New Sephora Opening

Happy Friday everyone! Yesterday I went to the opening of the new Sephora store at Yonge & Eglinton (in Toronto). I live in the area and I also grew up in the area so the fact there is now a Sephora steps away from my couch is incredibly exciting (and dangerous for my bank account).

Monthly Favourties – December 2014

I hope everyone had an amazing holiday! I took a little holiday break from blogging (hence why there are two Monthly Favourites posts in a row) but now that I am full to the brim with turkey and cookies, I am back in full force. December for me has been all about adjusting to the cold weather and putting down some old favourites to make room for some new additions.

CHANEL for the Holidays

I always look forward to CHANEL’s Holiday collection and I couldn’t wait to get my hands on the latest in CHANEL beauty. Surprisingly, I was definitely drawn to more products last year but I still couldn’t help but purchase a couple standout products.

NARS Virtual Domination Palette

If you saw my Sephora VIB Rouge Haul post, you’ll recognize the NARS Virtual Domination Cheek Palette ($75). I’ve been kicking myself ever since I missed the boat on last year’s NARS x Guy Bourdin One Night Stand Blush Palette, so I definitely wasn’t going to miss this one.

Monthly Favourite - October 2014

Happy November everyone!

I love the start of a new month because that means new Monthly Favourites. October has been jam packed with new favs. I started a new job in October (the reason for my temporary absence) so I’ve been all about those quick in easy products that are early morning friendly – I’m still not used to this whole having to be at a professional office at a specific time thing.

Tarte Rainforest After Dark Palette

It was love at first sight with the Tarte Rainforest After Dark Colored Clay Eye & Cheek Palette. It was on my on my mind all the time and I could not be more excited to have it in my life (total beauty crush). This has everything I need in one beautifully packaged place, making it one of my favorite palettes of all time. If this beauty hasn’t seduced you yet – it will be by the end of this post.
